KNUCKLES #18

"Debt of Honor" is the conclusion to last issue's "The Guardian Who Failed". Along with answering many of the questions raised in that issue, this one also asks new ones, as most readers would expect. At this point in the saga, I would think long-time readers would be disappointed if I did answer everything all at once. From what I can tell, part of the fun has been unraveling the many layers of Knuckles' ancestry at a gradual pace, thus allowing the readers the fun of anticipatýing certain developments, especially if their guesses match up with what actually takes place.

This time around, Knuckles goes to a very unlikely source in search of the facts: none other than one of his deadliest enemies, Kragok. What he learns should throw everyone for a loop, as not everything is what it seems. What we think is safe isn't necessarily so. (And if you think that this is merely a prelude to more fun and games ahead, buckle yourself in, as it gets wilder the closer we come to issue #25, where we celebrate the beginning of our third year of publication with a very special anniversary issue.)

Manny Galan and Andrew Pepoy deliver the usual high-quality art you've come to expect, with yet another script by yours truly.
